Position Name-Partner Function-Executive Search What do you drive for us?The Partner is responsible for driving the P&L for the Permanent & temporary Recruitment business for a defined Specialism. This role's main focus areas are generating revenue (through various modes - an industry-specialized team of recruiters, retainer model, exclusive position mandates, etc.), managing the operating costs and expenses, and driving profitability for the specialism. The incumbent is also responsible for establishing relationships with Key clients for repeat business and creating a brand in the specialism through superlative delivery, client experience, and by being identified as an Industry expert/ Thought leader. What a typical day at work would look like?- Contribute to and drive the LOB’s overall business strategy and roadmap- Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement to suite the needs of the executive search- Analyzing the operating market, evaluating business potential, and initiating appropriate business development activities.- Prospect and position Randstad as an executive search Partner who solves customer problems related to their leadership Hiring needs- Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy for every position in cohorts with the research team- Responsible for the profitability of the respective business unit and specialism. Leverage technology to drive productivity, and reduce our reliance on external job boards- Forecasting of annual budgets & achieving the same. Maintaining or reducing the DSO as per the direction of the finance team and in collaboration with them.- Development of new business and nurturance of keys and existing clients for the specialism in line with the business strategy- Lead and support the marketing team in market penetration and generating new business opportunities through cross-selling of various service offerings- Drive engagement and alignment within the team along with driving the people agenda to attract retain and develop critical resources, high potentials and performers.- Drive implementation of the field steering model through the direct reportees- Collaborate with and support the marketing team in market penetration and generating new business opportunities including activity-based various service offerings How are you getting assessed?
