Supervises preparation all financial reports, ledger reviews and forecasts according to the established schedule, for distribution of operational information necessary to assist management in decision-making and budget preparation processes,
Collaborates with business unit and interdepartmental managers to determine budget targets,
Creates the annual budget by carrying out budget studies in line with the company's goals,
Checks the budget on a monthly basis and performing analysis,
Oversees preparation of, interprets and analyzes monthly financial statements and presents to management,
Monitors revenues/expenses and ensure accurate recording of information to established guidelines,
Compiles financial data related to operations, investigates and critiques variances from expectations to determine cause and recommend appropriate management response to insure attainment of business financial objective,
Establishes and oversees /audits all internal financial controls to include purchasing, cash handling, receipts, disbursements, expendable/fixed asset inventories, to insure policies are enforced according to standards,
Serves as active member of Executive Committee and attends all related meetings,
Analyzes relevant sectors in business development and investor relations and determines goals and strategies,
Supervises cash management, working capital and company audits,
Developes the company's strategic growth plan,
Conducts long-term financing negotiations,
Determines the profit and loss situation of the business, presenting the reports to the senior management and evaluates the results and carries out the processes of directing the business according to its financial development areas,
Manages the accounts of all headquarters of the company; Managing all financial transactions such as personnel income expenses,
Prepaires the company's financial risk reports and shares the reports with relevant units.
