Client Profile: One of the largest e-commerce sites in the world. Deals with an extensive range of online and offline services, including e-commerce and smartphone app payments. Looking for experienced and highly passionate Change Managers to improve change management processes in the IT infrastructure department. The role requires to understand technologies used within the client’s services and how it interacts with stakeholders, users, and other platforms. This understanding, as well as a strong ability to organize and to communicate the benefits of change management, will allow the Change Managers to improve CPD’s conduct of changes (anomaly, evolutions, deliveries, new features…). Collaboration with managers but also engineers, attention to details and ability to build a long term vision will be the key factors for success for this role.[Responsibilities]*Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.*Define the evolutions for the change management process within CPD. *Support the adoption of change management best practice and support the teams to improve their own change management processes, including their specifics. *Build the documentation template, KPI dashboard. *Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.*Accurate reporting to track improvements related to change management and communicate efficiently to stakeholders and managers. *Coach and train managers, executives… to support them fulfill the role of change sponsor. *Coach and train managers, engineers… to support the onboarding of change management work frames and to apply the best practices. *Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.*Manage the change portfolio.

*3-5+ years of experience in change management, or project management with a steady progression of taking on roles with increasing responsibility.
*Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
*Deep understanding for customers, and ability to employ a hypothesis-driven approach to tackle complex problems.
*Able to thrive in ambiguous situations, driving clarity and focus, setting priorities, and converting ideas into action.
*Leadership skills to bring people together.
*Creative strategic thinker who can identify specifics for each service and propose solutions to improve their change management.
*Strong ability to create, adapt and apply work frame processes.
*Strong focus on establishing excellent customer relationships.
*Passionate about developing relationships with stakeholders.
*Strong sense of ownership and operating autonomously.
*Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
*Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
*Change management certification or designation would be advantageous.
*Business English.
