Your responsibilities:
•Perform all unit operations involved in membrane production, device packaging and shipping

•Set up and operate membrane production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures
•Perform characterization of membranes using various laboratory techniques
•Measure and record data associated with operating equipment and all membrane production activities in manufacturing batch records according to company standards
•Troubleshoot problems encountered during membrane production, device packaging and development experiments
•Maintain production areas, membrane production machinery, membrane and device packaging areas in a high degree of cleanliness
•Transfer hazardous or non-hazardous waste materials to collection areas for disposal, recycling, or reuse
•Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance
•All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
•A diploma in chemical engineering or chemistry
•1+ years related experience in a high-value production environment or laboratory, preferably in Life Sciences
Preferred Qualifications:
•Ability to follow detailed instructions
•Ability to lift weights up to 30 lbs
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Proven ability to work as part of a diverse team
•Experience in the following areas would be considered an asset:
oFamiliarity with clean room operations
oRoll goods / web-based manufacturing
