Identify market needs/trends, provide insights and competitive advantage for the business stakeholders.
Develop and plan credit sales strategies to expand business in credit sales.
Plan sales and work with marketing department for activities to strengthen credit sales
Minimize credit risk through daily credit assessment to define and analyse possible risks.
Develop risk management controls and systems.
Conduct risk management analysis of various types of lending proposals
Ensure all security documents are in order prior to disbursement.
Follow up on collection efforts for debtors assigned to debt collector and/or legal process.
Perform Annual Credit review, summarize and communicate risk updates to senior management
