Responsibilities
- Primarily focused of customer complaint management, and ensuring customer specific requirements are implemented urgently and smoothly.
- Perform customer qualification (PPAP), regular and irregular audits, and implement improvement actions.
- Promote continuous improvement related to customer quality using tools such as 6 Sigma, MSA, Error Proofing.
- Review any changes for customer expectations and coordinate approval process.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to manage customer change requirements and specifications.
- Use statistical process control indicators with customer specification and review for approval after risk assessment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or College Diploma with 3+ years experience in QMS and Quality Control
- Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA is a plus
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement within quality management
- Knowledge of systems and tools applied in operational excellence such as lean 6 Sigma, VSM, TOC, TPM, 5 S
- Knowledge of statistical tools is a must and power Bi is a plus
- Proven ability in conducting risk analysis (FMEA, RCA)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinker and a problem solver with "Can do" mentality
