Als Customer Service Agent voor de Business Unit Landtransport heb jij de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je biedt offertes aan voor landtransport
- Je hebt telefonisch contact met klanten om deze te begeleiden naar online services/ producten
- Je zorgt voor de juiste informatie van je prospect om zelf de prijs te kunnen berekenen aan de hand van geldende vrachttarieven
- Waar nodig signaleer je klantbehoeften en geef je dit door aan je collega's van Customer Service en Inside Sales
- Je handelt je werkzaamheden administratief af
