Due to growth, you will be an addition and valued member of their amazing customer service team. The role is to ensure the top level of service and communication exceeds customer expectations. Be part of a team who welcomes you as family and supports your progress.
You will be responsible for but not limited to :
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with their clients
- Prepare quotes with accurate pricing information
- Process orders in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Process and monitor database for trade transactions
- Accurately process invoices
The Ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- Be customer focused and have the ability to overcome objections
- Clearly understand the clients needs and requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willingness to learn with a positive attitude
- High levels of time management and use initiative
- Able to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
- Show initiative and take responsibility for own actions
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Proficient various software, computer skills and advanced Excel skills
- Relevant customer service experience in retail or call centre environment
