They have had steady and consistent growth since first being founded and are in need of an experienced Digital Analyst based in Auckland to join the IT team on an initial 4 month contract basis.

As a Digital Analyst you will provide comprehensive analysis, insights, interpretation, and recommendations for Digital and Customer Services across our client’s digital channels. For optimal management of the client’s digital business, SEO, and statistical reporting, this entails assessing the performance and satisfaction of existing products, informing future investment decisions, and striving to boost the business’s productivity, reach, and satisfaction through these channels. This includes:
- Deliver efficient reporting solutions, crafting statistical reports and providing analysis, insights, interpretation, and recommendations for Digital and Customer Services.
- Regularly handle and set up web analytics tools to track and report on website traffic, goals, performance, user interest, traffic sources, usage patterns, engagement, and customer satisfaction with our digital products.
- Offer expert advice and tips on the best SEO practices for our client’s digital platforms. Also, oversee the websites' performance using external search console tools.
- Gather, organize, process, and analyze data using various methods like mining, profiling, segmentation, statistical measurement, and response tracking.
- Help establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Digital and Customer Services, focusing on digital aspects.
- Coach and provide training and mentoring to the digital team to grow the understanding of digital analytics, reporting and SEO.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years experience working as a digital analyst in a customer-facing team
- Experience with A/B testing tools and techniques.
- Extensive experience in search engine optimization (SEO), Google Analytics, organizing information, understanding user experiences, and applying the latest WCAG standards.
- Experience in reviewing customer feedback and analytics to find ways to make things better.
- Skilled in using complex models, asking in-depth questions, communicating effectively, and analyzing trends to offer reliable advice that influences business decisions.
- Experience in influencing decision making and challenging the status quo.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a rage of stakeholders
