The Specified Personnel will work under the broad direction of Director, Knowledge Management, and take full accountability for planning and executing work, ensuring timely and successful delivery that includes, but is not limited to:
- Business case and executive decision brief development
- Project initiation, including development of documentation to achieve project board acceptance and authority to progress the progress
- Procurement and contract management of both technical and non-technical services to support the design and delivery of both technical solutions and capability, supported by organisational change management
- Project delivery
- Project reporting
- Development of sustainment documentation that articulates and quantifies what is required to sustain the capability, including the lifecycle of the capability.
Skills and Experience
The attributes of the successful candidate will include:
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise roll-outs and/or multiple projects in parallel;
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams, including vendors, toward quality deliverables;
- Ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with ICT policies, procedures and architectural direction;
- Managing project reporting, risks, issues, changes and dependencies;
- Managing budgets as they relate to project delivery; and
- Extensive stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders both verbally and written; and
- Experience delivering capability, process improvement, consulting or enterprise CRM projects is desirable.
