Pozíció leírása / Job description- Oversee all administrative activities and tasks pertaining to Regulatory Affairs (RA) department documentation
- Coordinate internal and external agreements, ensuring validation, signatures, and proper documentation in collaboration with the legal department.
- Engage with suppliers, oversee procurement from quotation to receipt and approvals.
- Act as a key user in internal systems and provide support to the Global RA Director as required.
- Organize events, conferences, department meetings, and team-building activities, handling logistics in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Hungarian; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- 1-3 years of experience in an assistant or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- User-level knowledge in MS Office
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
