Life insurance company in Tokyo hiring Risk & Internal Control Assistant manager:Position Description:This position will assess as a 2nd line defense that the Company's internal control over financial reporting (ICOFR) is properly established and operated, and contribute to the reinforcement of the company-wide internal control by providing instructions and guidance to the responsible divisions. In particular, this position will mainly focus on the evaluation of ITGC (IT General Control). Specifically, the position will have the following accountabilities:-Develop and implement an assessment plan for internal control over financial reporting (especially ITGC)-Fostering a risk culture-Reporting to Main company group.

求められる経験
-Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to make recommendations
-Experience in auditing or internal control assessment, especially in ITGC
-English proficiency (business level, TOEIC 850 or equivalent)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
-Open minded and willing to expand your knowledge
-Experience in head office administration and basic knowledge of insurance company operations
-Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other qualifications related to auditing
