Responsibilities:
1. Potential Client Identification and Lead Generation:
- Approach new customers with introductory and business inquiries
- Utilize IMS/Linkedin/Exim data to identify potential clients in the European territory
- Analyze customer portfolios to tailor target molecules and ensure proactive follow-up
- Manage client relationships to foster current and future business opportunities
2. CMO Coordination:
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal cross-functional teams
- Conduct teleconferences to address gap analysis and project challenges
- Ensure timely completion of feasibility trials, validation batches, and commercial batches
3. Out-Licensing:
- Develop product-specific Statements of Work (SOW) including milestones, forecasts, and development costs
- Track project progress and obtain stakeholder feedback and approvals
- Manage additional costs and negotiate with customers for absorption
- Handle milestone and pass-through cost invoices and monitor payments
4. Market Intelligence and Data Analysis:
- Analyze IMS/EXIM data to generate market potential summaries for selected/new products
- Monitor market trends, molecule-specific news, and analyze data for insights
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm with an MBA preferred
