At Randstad Malaysia, our staffing team plays a prominent role in diving headfirst into the world of client partnerships, proactively seeking out new opportunities and penetrating key industry segments and clients. The Head of Staffing is responsible for identifying and maintaining a portfolio of clients to contribute positively to the goal of growing the Malaysia business.
What you get to do;
- Foster strategic partnerships with client key stakeholders and internal teams
- Drives sales across assigned account portfolio, using commercial insights and consultative selling techniques, to expand Randstad’s commercial position within each account
- Identifies and qualifies commercial growth opportunities and works with the internal stakeholders to develop the sales leads and strategies.
- Research the competitive landscape and set key strategies for the positioning of Randstad’s service offering based on competitor understanding.
- Act as the custodian of nominated key accounts
- working with a team of specialised recruitment consultants and drive more cross visits between functional and industry verticals.
- Financial performance management by effectively forecasting of potential surges or reductions in volume demand and impact on financials
what you need to bring;
- 8 + years of experience in either recruitment, human resources solutions or consulting organizations, highly preferred
- Ability to consult with and identify needs of internal and customers and drive value creation
- Relevant University Degree
- Solution or strategic selling expertise preferred
- High analytical with strong negotiation skills including high-value deals with C-suite executives
