We are seeking highly organised and detail-oriented individuals as a Service Desk Representative - Level 1/Level 2 on various temporary contracts. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to employees and key stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues at both Level 1 and Level 2, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to government security protocols.
- Document and track support requests, maintaining meticulous records for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles tailored to government-specific technology environments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is essential
- Basic to intermediate technical proficiency, with a strong interest in technology and a commitment to staying current on security policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulated and security-conscious environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies specific to operations.
