- Responsible for HR and administrative functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, exit arrangements, staff leave and attendance record management, and employee relations.
- Collect and generate HR metric data reports, as well as monthly reports, based on the compiled information.
- Assist in organizing company events and staff social activities.
- Assist in general office administration duties including manning the reception desk, maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ordering of stationery, and other miscellaneous supplies.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
skills & experiences required.
- Masters degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Min. 4-6 years HR & Admin experience.
- Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Prior work experience in Financial Services or Asset Management companies is preferred.
