Our client is a manufacturing company, looking for a HR advisor to work in a high volume call center environment. This role provides support in the head office. 6 months period with a possibility of extension.
CBD Location with Hybrid work structure.
Key responsibilities :
- Provide advisory support to managers and other staff.
- Evaluate and respond to query via phone.
- Create and maintain an internal database with accurate information.
- Provide guidance to staff on the internal HRIS system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the HR manager service center.
Your skills & experience
- 1 - 2 years experience in a HR advisor role.
- Workday or other HRIS system knowledge.
- Able to work autonomously and handle high volume of calls.
