About the Role
Located in the CBD and North of Adelaide, you will be working closely with the HR team and leaders of the business assisting with day to day runnings of the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated individual to make a significant impact.
Initial minimum 3 month contract with view of ongoing work
Key Responsibilities & Task included but not limited to
- Welcoming visitors in an efficient, friendly and helpful manner in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Facilities management - stock/ stationary ordering and kitchen maintenance
- Assisting HR team with onboarding new employees and correct tickets/ documents to enter sites
- Update employee details on files, order uniforms and ensure supply of correct PPE
- Calender management and booking/setting up of meeting rooms
- Coordinate candidates for interviews
- Prepare sales and purchase orders and invoices
- Follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Attending and responding/ delegating emails appropriately
- Comply with WHS policies and procedures to ensure safety is a priority on site.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Highly developed administrative and organisational skills
- Flexible in your approach and willing to to take on additional task and duties
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and adaptability to all levels of stakeholders
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-task
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable work style
- High level of computer literacy - testing will be initiated
- Previous experience in HR Admin or recruitment is highly regarded
