Our client is a leading F&B MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Manager, to join the HR team.

about the job

Reporting to the HR Director, you will take on a generalist portfolio, leading HR activities including recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and more.

Your job scope includes but is not limited to:

• Develop, implement, and execute recruitment strategies, interview procedures, and selection policies
• Manage industrial relations and people management practices to retain talent and reduce staff turnover
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment processes
• Recruit talents for new or replacement positions using various platforms
• Select, shortlist, and interview suitable candidates
• Manage Letter of Appointments, P-files, HR database and records
• Manage HR communications, organize social and recreational activities for staff
• Conduct exit interviews and clearance processes
• Manage HR-related government surveys and update MOM Occupational Employment Dataset (OED)
• Handle employee grievances, counseling, and disciplinary issues, and matters related to MOM and TADM
• Handle staff-related matters concerning work injuries and advisories
• Lead Employer Branding initiatives

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Ideally at least 8 years of HR experience, preferably within the F&B or related industry, though not a requirement. Open to candidates who are keen to join the industry
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software
