Our client is a well established Fintech company, looking for a HR Operations Specialist (3 months temp contract) due to an increase in business needs.
about the job
You will manage all HR operations and administration activities. This includes:
- Application, renewal, and tracking of employment passes
- End to end coordination of recruitment activities, such as interview arrangement and coordination, booking of meeting rooms for interview, preparation of offer details etc
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as hiring managers and recruiters
- Any other ad-hoc HR work as assigned

skills and experience required
- Ideally a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR Operational activities above
- Adaptable, fast pace, independent, outspoken and proactive
- Strong communication skills
- Able to commit for 3 months
