about the job
- Perform sales reconciliation and handle the discrepancies with respective stakeholders.
- Perform OTC related balance sheet reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries. In-charge of refund process and liaison with external parties, such as banks and payment gateways providers.
- Supports management in completing special projects and other tasks as assigned
- Participate in transition activities into Finance Shared Service, and actively seeking for process improvement.
- Support audit activities and provide commentaries when required.
- Support Bank and Cash Managementprocesses as required.
- Responsible to update & report daily/weekly/monthly cash position & cash flow reports to regional treasury.
- Posting Journals for banking related items - such as bank charges, forex gain/loss and follow up actions as required
- Support assistant manager to lead & supervise junior team members
it'll be good if you are
- experienced in SAP / Blackline
- more than 3 years of solid experience in AR (Cash App, Billing, Reconciliation, Reporting)
- experienced in handling various countries
