We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School team around the surrounding area of Manchester. It is a progressive, forward-thinking and values-driven school. From the moment you walk through the door, you will get a sense of how they have created a happy and vibrant learning community for children and staff alike. You will be responsible for supporting students, who need assistance in their everyday lives at school due to having behavioural and learning difficulties. You will be supporting students who could be studying subjects from across the curriculum.

Requirements of a learning support assistant:
- Be open to work with children who have SEN
- Support SEN pupils with behaviour needs
- To be proactive and keep busy throughout the day
- Work alongside a large team and continue to further develop
- Be flexible with their job role throughout the day
- To be motivating and understanding
- To manage students' behaviour.
To be considered for the role of a learning support assistant:
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
- Ideally, degree educated
- Experience is not essential - but a bonus!
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available for this role)
- 2 satisfactory references must be provided
