Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Supervisor you are responsible but not limited to the following:
•Ensure technical coordination of maintenance team activities
•Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with regulations and procedures
•Ensure that maintenance work is carried out safely, in compliance with current regulations and company health and safety standards.
•Work with the maintenance planner to maintain and improve the work order system and preventive maintenance system.
•Coach and mobilize team members to achieve objectives
•Enforce company policies
•Ensure team development and training
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- DEC in mechanical or industrial engineering or DEP in mechanics or electromechanics of automated systems
- 3-5 years experience in personnel supervision
- Good computer skills (Office Suite)
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
Candidates must demonstrate these qualities
- Autonomy, initiative and thoroughness
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Positive, servant leadership
- Ability to build trust with team members
