Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Head of Management Reporting in day to day activities
- Management of outsourced resource and UK team members
- Using Oracle Business Intelligence, extract real time data and create Business level reports using global hierarchy; Assist in producing monthly management information for Executive Committee, Head of Departments and other stakeholders;
- Be pro-active in process development /improvement on an ongoing basis leveraging off the Oracle platforms;
- Assist in managing the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Role Description
- Learn and understand the logic of various systems and processes to be able to troubleshoot problems that may arise;
- Monthly reporting of results.
- Deferred Bonus accounting
- Manage Finance>Business relationships of individual team members
- Maintain monthly responsibilities task list and ensure adequate coverage across team.

- Responsibility for identifying and resolving where there may be a difference or conflict in needs

- Adhere to the Group's Dual Hat Policies & Procedures, regulatory and compliance obligations and any other applicable policies made available to you, and as updated from time to time
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Good team player with ability to work on own initiative;
- Dealing with direct reports
- Investment banking experience
- Management Reporting background
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA etc.)
