Position Overview: We are searching for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2B Sales and Client Management within the Tech recruitment and HR Consultancy domain. This role is pivotal in establishing strategic partnerships to enhance student outcomes and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Articulate the Masai Value Proposition effectively to prospective hiring partners.
- Schedule discussions, follow up via email, and create proposals through lead generation and cold calling to close deals.
- Understand partner business objectives and collaborate cross-functionally for mutual benefit.
- Translate ideas into actionable items delivering tangible business results.
- Independently identify potential leads, build prospect lists, and initiate outreach activities.
- Ensure all relevant information is up-to-date and accessible to stakeholders.
- Explore new tools to derive insights from data and collaborate closely with the placement team.
- Conduct extensive internet research across job portals and networking sites.
