- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant qualifications in Mathematics education.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching Mathematics at KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5 levels.
- Deep understanding of the mathematics curriculum and innovative teaching techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
