Job Title: National Sales Head - PCD (Pharma)
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the PCD division in alignment with the company's business objectives.
o Provide strategic direction to the sales team to achieve national sales targets and market share.
Team Management:
o Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team across different regions in India.
o Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Market Expansion:
o Identify and evaluate potential distributors in untapped markets across the country.
o Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new PCD partners to expand the company's market presence.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
o Collaborate with the finance team to develop annual sales budgets and forecasts.
o Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
o Provide regular and comprehensive sales reports to the executive leadership team.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
