• Act as the primary interface with the client to establish all implementations connectivity between organizations• Organizes all client implementations to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process working closely with our sales/relationship managers• Manage and execute the technical and business implementation of treasury and cash management solutions. (our e-banking system implementation)• Conduct the documentation work for client’s on-boarding /KYC process using the knowledge of AML (Anti-Money-Laundering)• Formulate strategic project initiatives and work closely with the Regional Manager, Asia team and global business partners to promote quality solutions for clients• Provide ongoing technical support to clients and associates where necessary for problem solving for our e-banking system• Lead or participate in internal initiatives/projects representing the voice of the business, taking ownership and deliver the execution of these projectsRequirements• 3~5 years working experience in banking industry preferably in Implementation• A background in supporting technical services is preferred• Excellent telephone and email skills and managing client delight in both Japanese and English• Must be client focused a team player, communicate crisply and candidly, able to improve processes, drive for results and take ownership to enhance client delight• Highly motivated, able to work independently, self-starter; problem-solving/analytical skills important• Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible• Experience in making presentations to small groups
