We are currently seeking an adaptable and personable Primary Teacher in Sheffield who has a passion for making learning fun and inclusive for all students to allow them to achieve their full potential. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring that students feel safe and supported within the classroom and ensuring students receive quality education to support their academic and personal development.
The school is located in the Sheffield, S20 area and values resilience and sharing within their students and staff to create a dynamic learning culture.
To be successful in the Primary Teacher role, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad Education)
- Hold eligibility to work in the UK
- Have a minimum of 6 weeks experience teaching Key Stage 1/ Key Stage 2.
- Have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management

As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities include:
- Delivering engaging lesson plans set by the class teacher.
- Meet the daily objectives and targets.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Apply a variety of teaching techniques to support all students' learning needs.
- Building rapport with your students, teachers and support staff.
- Working collaboratively with other colleagues in the school to coordinate lessons.
