The company is a pioneer and market leader in robotic-assisted surgery. The product Marketing specialist is responsible for:• Develop and enhance new product launch procedures, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.• Assist the Manager in formulating business plans and strategies for new product launches.• Manage documentation control for Instruction for Use, marketing materials, and regulatory filings.• Oversee Product End-of-life processes to optimize product generations available in the Japanese market.• Strategize and implement downstream marketing programs to enhance the adoption of digital solutions.• Support the sales organization by providing sales and marketing tools, as well as educational programs tailored to the growth objectives.
求められる経験
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in product marketing within the medical device industry (Experience in Diagnostic Imaging or image recording devices is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively position and message products/procedures, and to develop robust sales support to drive product/procedure adoption.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as group presentation abilities, in both English and Japanese.
• Thorough understanding of SIOP, QMS, and regulatory processes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and process management.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
