We are seeking for experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead the development, planning, and execution of large-scale/rooftop solar projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring project quality, safety, and environmental compliance, and maintaining effective client relations.
This role involves overseeing multiple concurrent projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals in alignment with our strategic project plan. In this role, extensive travel and on-site presence at the project location until project completion are prerequisites.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role involves overseeing and coordinating the project activities and addressing issues related to key project team members, including but not limited to the Project Engineers, Project Buyer, Construction Manager, Electrical Manager, QAQC Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Project Cost Controller, Project Scheduler, Project Coordinator, Material Controller and Project Administrator

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Electrical/Civil/Renewable Energy, Construction Management or related discipline, advance study in Project Management and/or MBA desired. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- 10-15 years of extensive experience in project management and/or construction management, preferably in the domain of large-scale solar/rooftop Solar PV projects
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Able to work both independently and as a team
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Decision making ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to conduct negotiations with vendors, supplies, governmental entities and utilities
- Working knowledge of the standardized project management processes and tools.
- Working knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and construction practices and procedures
- Working knowledge of project management cost systems (i.e. Earned Value methodology)
- Working knowledge of project scheduling concepts, techniques, and software such as MS-Project; experience with Primavera P6 a plus
- Working knowledge of office productivity software such as MS-Office suite, including advanced use of MS-Excel
- Multi-project execution experience
