about the job
Project Management:
- Develop comprehensive plans outlining project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead project teams, assigning tasks and coordinating responsibilities.
- Effectively allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.
- Identify project risks and devise strategies to mitigate them for successful project completion.
- Track project progress, report on key performance indicators, and make necessary adjustments to plans.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements throughout the process.
- Conduct evaluations, document lessons learned, and facilitate a smooth transition to post-project operations.
Operations Management:
- Analyze current operational processes to identify areas for efficiency enhancement.
- Allocate personnel and equipment to support daily operations effectively.
- Monitor and control operational budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide guidance and support to daily operations teams.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
- Establish and track operational performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
about the team

skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited academy.
- Requires at least 5 years of related experience in water treatment, including involvement in industries like pharmaceuticals, medical, semiconductor, etc.
- Proficiency in Basic Autocad, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
- Must be able to travel with own transportation and possess strong communication skills. Additionally, good reporting and documentation practices are essential.
- Experience in handling pharmaceutical and medical documentation is a plus.
