As the Receptionist you’ll provide seamless coordination and support to the legal and conveyancing teams. You'll have the exciting opportunity to work closely with the Directors, Lawyers, and Conveyancers, who are eager to mentor and guide.
A typical day:
- Handling phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff
- Greeting clients and managing reception duties
- Assisting with invoicing, scanning, copying, and filing
- Providing support in deceased estate/probate and conveyancing matters
- Socialising with the team and generally just enjoying work!
The ideal candidate will:
- Exude professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactively anticipate team needs and possess strong organisational abilities
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, especially in spelling and grammar
- Excel in administrative tasks
- Thrive in a dynamic work environment with exceptional time management skills
- Bring positive energy and self-motivation to the team
While experience within a legal office is advantageous, it's not essential.
