In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our key clients, sourcing and managing your talent pool, selling your best match and ultimately placing the best people.
- Initiate a range of sourcing activities, such as advertising vacancies, networking and conducting referrals
- Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates
- Briefi and prepare candidates, as well as organise interviews
- Provide advice to candidates and clients when required on salary levels, training requirements and career progression opportunities to facilitate the recruitment process
