•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their professional service requirements and develop procurement strategies to meet those needs.
•Identify and evaluate potential service providers, including conducting market research, issuing requests for proposals (RFPs), and evaluating vendor proposals.
•Negotiate contracts with selected service providers, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable and in line with organizational objectives.
•Manage the procurement process, including conclude contract, monitoring vendor performance, and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
