- Translate business strategy into actionable plans, targets, forecasts, and business reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis to enhance overall business efficiency.
- Attain sales plan and profitability objectives for the region, reporting achieved results to management in a timely manner.
- Establish a monitoring system to ensure adherence to sales plan objectives related to volume, price, and product value.
- Provide direction, guidance, and support on pricing strategies while contributing insights for sales budgeting to the National Sales Manager.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure timely availability of appropriate sales tools and share market insights for ongoing market development.
- Coordinate participation in local marketing events and continuing medical education (CME) programs to maximize brand visibility and market expansion opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and market potential, strategizing to expand market share and capitalize on opportunities.
- Foster teamwork and cooperation among the sales team to optimize sales opportunities within the region.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and sales support.
- Oversee customer orders and deliveries in collaboration with manufacturing and logistics teams.
- Manage local inventory through effective customer service management and direct engagement with business associates and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Credit Control department to address payment overdue issues and maintain control over Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). **Minimum Qualification Requirements:**
**Education:** Bachelor's degree in science is required. A Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent is preferred.
**Experience:** Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales function. Team management experience is preferred.
