Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies to optimize Salesforce platform usage and drive sales performance.
Provide hands on support and guidance to sales teams in utilizing Salesforce tools for effective lead management, pipeline tracking, and customer relationship management.
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate sales teams on best practices for Salesforce usage and sales techniques.
Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be working closely with the sales teams.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 5 years of sales experience, along with expertise in Salesforce effectiveness, sales excellence, or commercial excellence within the medical device industry.
