We are currently looking for a Residential Superintendent for a 200 Suite Building located in Ottawa South/East.

- Strong possibly of permanency (once permanent, 2 bedroom apartment with parking and cable included)

Responsibilities
- Make sure that the building is up to pace at all times
- Ensure that clients in the building are attended to with high level of customer service
- Handle all resident issues, inquiries, feedback, questions and concerns
- Complete all request from residents
- Customer service and administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Handy man experience
- Superintendent experience
- Must be a people person
- Experience with plumbing and electrical
- MUST be able to be on call 1 weekend of of the months and 2 nights per/week
