Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for IT solutions and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Engage with clients in the Government & Public sector to understand their IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, end-point solutions, licenses, and software requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing support to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals that address client requirements and align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the technical teams to share accountability for closing accounts successfully.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in IT solutions and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the Government & Public sector.
- Minimum 4 years of solid experience in selling IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solution products and services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong sales insight with strategic consultative skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Dynamic, aggressive, and sales-driven personality with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
Note: Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager role.
