About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant at Olympus, you will work with a diverse group of young individuals, assisting them in achieving positive learning outcomes despite any challenges they may encounter.
Responsibilities:
- Support students in their educational and social development
- Assist both inside and outside the classroom to ensure full engagement in activities
- Set up activities using technology or adjust the environment as needed
- Support teachers, engage with students, provide learning support, and manage classroom situations positively
- Provide personalised learning support to students as needed
