We are seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Teachers or Teachers with SEN experience to join our team. With a focus on providing personalized support to students who struggle to access the full curriculum in a classroom environment, you will make a meaningful difference in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in 3-hour blocks with children 1:1, either in their homes or neutral settings such as community libraries.
- Tailoring lessons and activities to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Providing consistent support throughout blocks ranging from 4 weeks to termly, depending on the complexity of need.
- Ensuring students work no more than 15 hours per week.
- Utilizing excellent communication strategies with students and the organization.
- Offering core subject specialisms at both the Primary and Secondary levels.
