• Partner with business unit leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions and initiatives.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes for assigned business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide proactive financial support and guidance.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function to enhance overall effectiveness and productivity.
• Support ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• 5- 10 years post CA/CPA qualification
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally has worked in a large and complex government organization
