With a strong regional presence, they have distinct capabilities in injection molding & tooling and serve sectors across automotive, medical, consumer etc. In line with their expansion and commitment to continuous growth, they’re looking for a Senior BD/Sales Manager to lead their BD team during an exciting time in their development.
about the job
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production and quality, to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services and industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
job requirement
- Degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales/business development experience within the precision manufacturing industry
- Possess managerial experience
- Willing to work in the West (Tuas/Pioneer/Joo Koon)
