Act as first point-of-contact for Relocation and/or Immigration related inquiries, identifying and delivering solutions to employees and people leaders through leveraging end to end process documentation, procedures, work instructions, Knowledge Base and Case Management content to resolve inquiries.
Delegate and escalate inquiries as appropriate while remaining responsible through completion, tracking progress, and providing continuous feedback to requestors on status of their inquiries.
Initiate and facilitate relocation activities such as vendor authorization process, routing relocation documents for appropriate signatures, and other assigned relocation activities.
Manage Workday data input - start/end international and domestic assignments, change job information and data integrity/accuracy for permanent transfers and company supported employee moves, manage promotions/job changes for employees while on assignment, employment verification letters, company info for immigration documentation, etc.
Perform continuous audits across various subject areas (e.g. Relocation, Payroll, Finance) to ensure data quality and integrity.
Act as an end-to-end relocation focal point for HR function, leaders and moving employees, while managing the flow of communication and handoffs between impacted parties.
Understand and collaborate with the Relocation vendor, including expertise within the vendor’s IT systems.
Engage as the liaison between the client and vendor regarding authorizations, pre-decision counselling, and cost estimate requests.
Provide administrative support for Immigration and/or Relocation related activities (US Immigration, Turnarounds, Mega Projects, etc.).
Assistance in initiating immigration support for Dow Business Travelers.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources, Finance, Business Admin or a related field.
A minimum of two years experience with Workday utilizing Job Change, Position Management principles, and Supervisory Organization management. Preference will be given to individuals who also have experience with the Start International Assignment Business Process.
A minimum requirement for this India based position is the ability to work legally in India.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Finance, Business Admin or related field).
Prior experience in Relocation.
Prior experience with ServiceNow or related case management systems.
Prior experience auditing work process and data input.
Desired Skills:
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills.
Understands, can interpret, and is able to follow process flows, work instructions, job aids, etc.
Highly skilled in effectively interacting with and supporting all levels of employees and sensitive to cultural differences.
