... About the Role
Under the guidance of the Site Manager or Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing daily programming to ensure adherence to company timelines and compliance with regulations.
- Developing programs for resource allocation, subcontractor management, and scope of work in collaboration with the project management team.
- Supervising and coordinating site resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Identifying and addressing contract variations promptly.
- Ensuring safety standards are met and resolving any unsafe practices.
- Monitoring work quality and implementing best methodologies.
- Reporting defects, errors, or variations and contributing to problem-solving efforts.
About You
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in civil projects exceeding $2 million.
- Trade or project management qualifications, along with relevant licenses and certifications.
- A proven track record of prioritizing safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.
- Familiarity with project specifications, drawings, and variations, with a capacity for decision-making.
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to employee development.
