You will be the go-to person for sourcing and selecting top-tier talent. Your commercial acumen and communication skills will be essential as you influence outcomes and provide pragmatic, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively build talent pools through strategic sourcing techniques.
- Identify high potential candidates and refer them to hiring managers.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring successful outcomes and positive experiences.
- Provide interview support to hiring managers.
- Educate stakeholders on recruitment processes.
- Maximise candidate experience and manage expectations.
Commercial Acumen:
- Understand business needs and adapt recruitment activities accordingly.
- Keep track of internal and external changes that may impact recruitment or talent pipelines.
- Develop analytics and reporting for key stakeholders.
Skills / Experience:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Exceptional relationship-building and management skills.
- Ability to prioritise conflicting demands and meet ambitious deadlines.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to manage workload effectively.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
