Supply Teacher Position at Randstad Education

This position will offer you flexible working days, you choose which days you are available. Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- 2 references for the last 5 years (including a full child-based safeguarding reference)
- Experience working in either primary or secondary school settings
- An up-to-date DBS on the update service (Randstad can support with this)
- Right to work in the UK
As a Supply Teacher, You Will:
- Showcase flexibility in your availability, confidently teaching in various primary and secondary schools across Bedfordshire.
- Motivate and stimulate learning through engaging experiences.
- Provide pastoral care within a secure learning environment.
- Contribute to the development of children's personal, social, language, and physical coordination abilities.
- Create visual aids and teaching resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and volunteer helpers to plan and coordinate indoor and outdoor activities.
- Share knowledge with colleagues and maintain positive relationships with parents.
- Assess and record each child's progress, ensuring a holistic approach to their development.
- Prioritize the health and safety of children and staff during all activities, indoors and outdoors.
- Stay informed about changes in the curriculum and best practices.
