Salary Range: £53,474 - £56,515 (including £5,000 annual enhancement)
About the Role:
As the Social Worker Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Intake Team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of social work services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the intake process, managing a team of dedicated social workers, and ensuring the provision of high-quality support to vulnerable individuals and families in the community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualifying management/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of social work principles, legislation, and best practices
