Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Challenge conventional thinking through critical, analytical, and creative approaches.
- Create relevant design artifacts across the spectrum of fidelity levels, from low to high.
- Partner with the UX Research team to gain deep insights into user needs and pain points.
- Present design work with clarity, ensuring alignment with experience objectives and outcomes.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate discovery, ideation, and co-creation workshops to drive innovative solutions.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of designing successful digital products.
- Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Degree or Diploma in UX Design
