Responsibilities
As a Vendor Manager, your duties will be:
•Facilitating the SRMA Archer based risk assessments (full end to end process) and ongoing collection of due diligence required by Third party Policy and NSTP Standard.
•Serving as a central point-of-contact for Non Traditional Supplier Managers and Category Owners and other Business Unit stakeholders in the management of the NSTP Program.
•Supporting business partners in managing performance monitoring and oversight through reviews and documenting required post-contract activities.
•Liaising with required internal Center of Governance teams as required to complete reviews within the SRMA ARCHER workflow.
•Identifying risk findings during risk assessments and support Enterprise IT Risk to develop action plans and close issues.
•Supporting in compliance activities and assist relationship managers in meeting third party and outsourcing compliance requirements escalating as needed.
•Providing support on internal & external audits as required.
•Educating NSTP stakeholders on program including ongoing communication through email, content creation for Company Connect and Newsletters.
Qualifications
•University Degree in Business or related field
•2 years in related role (Third Party Risk, Capital Markets Products/IT, Supplier Management)
•Project management certification or advanced skills
•Analytical mindset
•Proven ability to partner with key internal/external risk stakeholders
•Solid written communication skills
Nice-to-have:
•Knowledge of SRMA Archer
